I had a excellent experience at your dealership. My extended warranty was honored and the work that was done to fix my rear main seal oil leak and radiator leaks was first-rate. Hats off to Mike Elliott the service writer who focused on getting the paperwork right and keeping me informed and to the mechanic who performed the work. I didn't get to meet him but Mike said he is a Master mechanic and would do a great job. I believed him. So far no more oil leaks. Mike, give him a big thanks from me.. Greg

Bought a GMC from Winegardner in 2021. Was in an accident recently, lots of trouble finding the part. Collision center says no way to find part. I spoke with Gary in parts at Wingardner, he was sweet, professional and helpful. I really appreciate knowing even a few yrs later still getting great customer service. Makes me want to buy my next vehicle there.

Drove 3 hours Dec 11, 2023 to test drive two used GMC Denali 3500s spoke to Curt, called him when I was 30 minutes away. He never mentioned there were two stores and the one truck was at other location. Test drove both. Salesman didn’t even come outside to greet me upon pulling up in their truck I drove from other dealership. Not being from the area I parked in their lot next to other running GMC and went to dealership next door to see where salespeople were. Went home without a truck, Curt called two days later. I finally decided to buy on December 27, 2023 sent in all my titling information and dealership could not copy my information on bill of sale correctly for two days. Finally, after two days come to find out dealership does not have a title and is waiting for it to arrive via mail. I’ve tried to follow up with phone calls to finance/ titling department and sales person just to be told we are still waiting on title. It’s been almost three weeks. Does anyone want to make a sale or care?

Best car buying experience i have ever had. I got taken care of, no pressure to buy or upsell, quick process, and just overall incredible customer service. I LOVE my 2024Terrain SLT. It is the nicest car i have ever had! And reasonably priced for all the bells and whistles. Just obsessed. 10 out of 10 recommend!
