I love this business. I've stopped in several times with tire problems; always resolved with a smile and care. This time I had a nail in tire that could not be saved. The counter tech explained my options and patiently answered my questions. Highly recommend

Outstanding work all around. Friendly staff, floor and windows were clean and well kept. TaDarryl was informative and gave me great information on the tires that were available and what could be ordered. I would’ve selected a different brand of tire, but the ones in stock were not bad either. Service was quick and my car was back in order. Thankyou and Great Job.

Seamless process. They had to order my tires but they were ready for installation the next day. Also Wiygul provides transportation so that you don't have to sit and wait. Jon and team were of great help. They did a good job.

I went in for an alignment, oil change, and tire rotation. The service was supposed to take about two hours, but it ended up lasting four. After the appointment, I noticed several problems. The technician didn’t rotate my tires even though that’s part of what I paid for, and right after leaving, my check engine and VSC lights came on — neither of which were on before the service. When I reviewed my alignment paperwork, I saw that the left rear tire was still out of alignment. When I brought this up to the manager, he told me that “the manufacturer wants it that way,” which I know isn’t true. I’ve had this car for over five years and have never had an alignment showing a red (out-of-spec) value. I also found out that the tire rotation wasn’t done because the technician said my tread was worn — yet no one told me this during the appointment. Instead, they charged me for a service they didn’t perform and failed to mention that my tires supposedly needed replacement. When I asked for a refund, the manager said I’d have to contact corporate because there was nothing he could do. Overall, this was a terrible experience. I paid for services that weren’t done, left with new issues, and got inaccurate information when I asked questions. I won’t be returning to this location and do not recommend it to anyone. Under no circumstances should a technician take customers money knowing they did not provide paid services or withhold pertinent information. It’s obvious this was a quick money grab and the health of my car was not a priority. You can keep your complimentary oil change.

I cannot say enough good things about John Amanor and the whole team at Wiygul! I took my car into the shop to diagnose a brake problem. They offered advice and found a few other issues as well, including on my tires. I approved the tire work but deferred the brake work. Through a mix-up, the brake work was completed as well. When the mistake was discovered, John and senior manager Dave worked through the situation respectfully. They negotiated a fair price for the work done and accepted responsibility for the mistake. If you're in the DMV looking for a trustworthy shop, look no further! Update: I took my car back for diagnosis and am still very satisfied with Wiygul’s work and service.
