The world pretty much sucks right now, so I guess the name is apt in a way. We dropped off our small 2 door coupe for an interior detail. It was over half an hour late, and the interior was still wet when we arrived for pickup. (It's really fun sitting in a soggy car. Try it sometime) Aside from that, it's just generally very rushed/poor attention to detail. Surfaces are streaky, water/cleaning agent spots all over the door panels ... Pretty disappointed. I can't in good conscience recommend "world class auto detail" and we won't be back.
