Finally found a mechanic I can truly trust! XDealerTechs made the entire process easy from start to finish when I had an issue with my BMW X4. Communication was clear, service was fast, and they had me back on the road within 24 hours. Jeff, the service advisor, and the mechanic were both kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Shoutout to JEFF for his honesty: No one forced me to write this but I wanted people out there to know Jeff's honesty. I booked an appointment for my Chevy Tahoe yesterday. This afternoon, I got a call from XDealer Techs and the person introduced himself as Jeff. He was very courteous and communicated to me that they typically service only European vehicles and their processes, technicians are trained for that. He mentioned that servicing my Tahoe may get expensive if they were to take my vehicle in. He never refused but was being honest. He also gave me a recommendation of a service shop which is dependable for American trucks. Thanks Jeff, I hope your business grows to greater heights. -Ben

Had a variety of issues, including “check engine “ light, A/C and others on my 2004 Cadillac CTS. Got estimate on big ticket problem, which ended up being exact cost. Everything was dealt with expertly, and my car was ready to go by late morning. Dealt with Jeff this time (both he and his partner, Chris, have deep expertise and are a pleasure to interface with). Highly recommend these guys. They also are keeping our 2003 Lexus 430LS in great condition

Super honest guys here. Just getting my father in laws car fixed and i asked about some services for my own car. Another shop was trying to sell me around 1800 worth of services that seemed suspect to me. They confirmed that while the other shop could be technically correct it's probably not needed and they could take a look to confirm. Id have just paid them to do it if they said it was necessary. Honest business here that isn't looking to rip you off. Id highly recommend this place if you're not too mechanically savvy. They will be truthful and give you straight forward recommendations.
