Tried reaching out and contacting this shop to see how much it would cost and if they would be able to help me with my check engine light problem due to a code P0441 which is an Evap System Incorrect Purge Flow and texted the guy and reached out multiple times the night before and all through the next morning and afternoon just to finally get a snarky response saying “he’s too busy and time is money and he doesn’t have the time to look at his phone” which to me is unprofessional and just inconsiderate especially when technology is a major part of how most of the world moves nowadays. It wouldn’t make sense to drive all the way over there wasting my gas unsure if they do my particular service when I could just find out over the phone. Shouldn’t no repair or auto shop be that busy not to answer and communicate with a potential customer and should have multiple ways of getting in contact other than the old fashioned way of just going in-person especially in 2024! I’ll take my business elsewhere good luck with your shop to whoever owns this establishment!
