Here's the gist, see more below: Yang is an very warm and friendly individual. As well, it is clear from my experience he is incredibly knowledgeable on this stuff and has a strong passion for running a respectable and fair repair shop. I will be recommending him to all my friends and family in the future. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I recently had my car spring a leak, and while typically I would take it to one of my friends that does mechanical work they were too busy and recommended Yang's Auto. When I arrived Yang was in the middle of swapping the transmission out of a old ford mini van, but once he saw me he dropped everything and immediately greeted me. I described my issue in detail, and I could see the cogs in his head turning. He explained what the issue most likely was, and what would need to be done to repair it. While he was busy that day and could not take my car immediately, he was able to take my car in the following day. Within just a hour or so of me dropping off the car, Yang rang me up and said he had identified the issue. He described in great detail where the leak was (my water pump), what he would need to do to fix it, and a good ETA on when the repair would be finished. When Yang called me to tell me my car was ready, he had some very interesting news for me. While he was repairing my water pump, Yang realized that my fuel lines were damaged. He did some research and discovered a replacement would've added an additional $400 to the bill. He found this outrageous (it is just some plastic tubes after all), and went well out of his way to research a proper replacement part. He found a fuel line that had the same connectors, better overall design to reduce cracking, and was over 75% cheaper than if he got the stock part. When I arrived at the shop Yang still had my old auto parts, and gave fantastic detail pointing out all the failure points, why what had happened happened, and everything he did to fix things up. It was a breath of fresh air to have a mechanic be so honest and upfront about everything, and break down very complicated mechanics into easy to understand concepts for me.

I've been knowing the Yangs for over 30 years, when this was a gas station with candy & stuff inside. Mr. Yang taught Chris very well. I miss Ms. Yang because she use to answer the phone promptly🙂. Now the phone might ring for a while , until Chris is available to answer! Chris & the other guy are very nice. They take their time to find out the exact issue on your vehicle. When I'm given a time for my car to be completed, it's always accurate just like the work!! If I've been quoted a price & it'll be more money once they see it's more damage, I get a call before moving forward with the job! Always respectful & courteous which I appreciate! Keep up the good work guys.

Chris has been my go to for over 25 years he is honest will always do what's best for your pocketbook not his. I may have had to take my car back for him to correct something he did but l can't think of a specific time right now. Probably because it was resolved with no problem. He does most of the work himself along with one other person so he has complete Ownership on his work. At times l have used other shops but it was never because l did not think he couldn't handle it,most time it was that my car was still under warranty I hesitate to recommend him cause it makes the line longer to get service lol but he is the best out there for me

Very nice ppl. Charged 450 to tighten a bolt because it took a long time to find out what it was. No parts replaced so I feel like it was a pretty unfair price. I was told I’d be given an estimate but never was. He did however walk me through everything he did to find out what the problem was, and I appreciated that. Also gave me a calendar at checkout which I needed, so that was nice.

Yang's Auto Service is a very nice place to be! he doesn't trick you like have you pay for stuff you don't even need he gets the job done and he's very funny. The back of our car was chipped so he painted it. I would be lying If I didn't tell you that car looked brand new!
