Myself and my family are not from the area and I was looking at a vehicle from a local dealership for my parents. I was unable to get to the dealership myself to inspect the vehicle so I contacted Jake and Josh about doing an inspection on a vehicle for my parents that they were looking to purchase. They were more than accommodating to my request and their professionalism was surprising to say the least in the way people generally get treated at repair shops. I have been in the repair business myself for close to thirty years in upstate NY and having the opportunity to deal with this repair shop was a truly positive experience. I am not one to recommend other businesses unless I really feel they are going to do the right thing for the customer. This business far exceeded my expectations.
