I paid $329 to get my car detailed, only to come back and find it DAMAGED. The manager, Steven, later told me he had other priorities to deal with, which is why he hadn’t gotten back to me about fixing my car. I called a 8 days after the incident, and he returned my call the next day. In his own words, the damage “doesn’t hinder me from driving,” so I should be fine to wait a lil longer before he orders the part & gets it fixed. Any damage done to someone’s car while it’s under your care… big or small should be treated with the same level of urgency. Being told it’s not a priority because the car is still drivable is unacceptable.

I took my new car there yesterday. It has 4000 miles and perfect condition, The car is now covered in small scratches on every surface that was not perfectly flat, for example, the doors have a slight ridge about little below the window (picture is of the door). The top edge of the lift gate is also covered in scratches. They claim it wasn't them. I drove in with a new car and away with damage on all sides. They refuse to take any responsibility. The manager I spoke to was Steve. He has no concern for your property. DON'T GO.

My car has been dirty for a while so I thought I'd try this place since my mom said they did really well on her car in the past. Their services are fairly priced and they are quick; I've never had any issues. My car was pretty dirty and the exterior plus did not get off most of the dirt. However, I felt as though this issue could have been addressed earlier by recommending a different wash/service prior to my payment and run through the wash. The front desk and manager were kind and recommended a different service - due to timing, (10 min til close) I feel as though they handled it well. 👍🏽 I would recommended to others

Totally dissatisfied with the outcome of my service. I’ve been a customer for several years and service continues to get worst yet the cost is expensive l. The vacuuming that was performed on my vehicle on 5/10 was terrible. The female worker advised to take my car back around to get another vacuum but that was not an option since the line was already extended beyond the entrance line for vacuuming. I’ll take my business elsewhere so that my vehicle can get serviced properly.

The customer service was poor. The workers I interacted with were unfriendly and their attitude made it clear they did not want to be there. I paid for the most expensive service, the "Ultimate" for $29. My car was not cleaned well. There were many dirty areas left on the body of the car and on the windows, and the interior had areas with debris where they were supposed to have vacuumed. I do not recommend this car wash. The price is not worth it.
