I brought in my 2014 Nissan Sentra for an oil change and a replacement light bulb for my headlamp. The service tech did a great job and had me in and out in no time. The price was also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend getting your vehicle serviced here.

On August 5, 2024, I arrived at YLE (after being referred by a friend) to have my vehicle looked at to determine what I actually needed to have done. I was aware of needing brakes for my car and had already purchased them for the front and back which were in the car at the time. After what I thought was a review of my vehicle, they advised I needed 2 front calipers and brakes. They advised it would cost me a total of $627.05. After informing them that I would need to return on Friday when I get paid, they stated they had taken my car apart and therefore my car was disabled until they fixed my vehicle. I was very upset, because they were to do a diagnostic on my vehicle first before disabling it. They advised they would have my car ready for me on the next day (a Tuesday) or when I was physically able to pick it up. On Tuesday they telephoned and advised my vehicle was ready. On August 9th, I arrived to pay for and pick up my vehicle as indicated when I left it. After pulling off, I noticed my vehicle was still screeching as if nothing had been performed. I circled back to the YLE and stated that my brakes are acting as if they have never been repaired. It was then the receptionist indicated that I needed back brakes and rotors. I stated, "you had my car for a week and even called on Tuesday to advise my car was ready. But no one could advise me then that I need back rotors!" The back brakes are sitting on the backseat, and I was under the impression this was included in the $627.05 price I already paid. I was peeved! I had a doctor's appointment to get to, however, after departing the doctor's office, I immediately telephoned to speak to the mechanic about how they handled my case. I told him my back brakes and rotors were currently on the backseat of my car, and someone should have telephoned me to advise the price quoted was for the front only and that I needed to have my back brakes replaced. He advised if i returned now he would change out my brakes and rotors for an additional charge of $150.00. Fast forward to April 17, 2025. Not even a year old on the parts, my rear brakes were never replaced, and if they were, it was not properly done (see photo attached). The front side of my brake is the one pictured that ground into my rotor so bad that it too needed to be replaced. The back side of my brake had fallen down into the well of the rotor. I could have been killed riding around thanks to the horrible, lousy, faulty workmanship provided by your mechanic. You don't have to worry about I ever returning to your business again. The best you can do is provide me with a full refund of the labor charged on the replacement of my rear brakes and rotors and for the tragedy committed to me and my car.

Well I cant lie. My husband's truck was dam near total. When I say they brought my husbands truck back to life. They did just that. Now I have a auto body issue with power steering problem. I am going straight there I seen what they can do. IJS Great work guys, see y'all later today!!!
