Good feedback goes a long way!. Before I purchase this scanner, I was able to speak to someone and ask questions. I needed a scanner with specific abilities , and this is the one! Not only it deep scan my 2004 Mercedes and allows me to calibrate the suspension. On my BMW, this machine identify if someone put cheap grade fuel. Amazing tool and also faster than competitors. The best thing is that you have customer support. Good luck getting someone at Icarsoft or Foxwell. Highly recommend!!!

Recently purchased a UCAN-ll-C with a videoscope. Just used it today and it was SUCH a time-saver! Was replacing a Thermostat on a 2016 Jeep Cherokee, which is a known pain to replace, buried behind everything, where you almost have to pull the engine to get to it. 3 simple bolts, and ONE - hidden, with no tool access. Pulled out the videoscope, connected it to the scanner, and I suddenly felt like a brain surgeon....able to perform miracle work. The video scope comes with a few handy attachments to see at right angles, a hook to grab, a magnetic end to grab that lost nut or bolt..... There is a hand unit with a button to control the LED light, and another button to take camera images. Very nice tool! TiP-of-the-Day to pass: if you own the scanner, be sure to turn off battery saver while using the videoscope. Because of the duration I was using it, the camera kept auto dimming save the battery. I continued tapping the screen to "wake it up", and several times I would accidentally hit the BACK button on the screen, inadvertently kicking me out of the videoscope app. Would highly recommend the videoscope for its ease of use, features, and quality build. - Tony C

The FCA adapter works great on all my scan tools ita must if you are working on 2018 and newer FCA vehicles the only thing that suck is SGW is not in the same locations on there vehicles getting to them can sometimes be a pain

Someone recommended this company for both scanner and jump starter - very glad I bought both because they are very high quality but also very easy to use. The scanner is very reliable and tells you exactly what the problem is. The jump starter I only charged when I bought it, it sat in my trunk for over 7 months and I honestly forgot about it because I didn't expect to have to use it anytime soon. When I did need it, it was still fully charged when I used it after all of these months forgotten in my trunk, and without a problem my car started instantly. I highly recommend these products to everyone. I also use the Youcanic website every time I do something because they have easy step by step videos for everything.
