I brought my vehicle here twice for the same concern. The first time, I dealt with Keith he kept me informed of the status of my vehicle. He was pleasant and kind. After many communications with Keith he expressed my truck would be $1800 to fix the issue. 1 1/2 months later my truck starts doing the same thing. I called Young's Auto because they did the initial work and I needed to speak with Keith. Instead a Kris answers the phone, he suggests I pull my truck over and have it towed into them. The next day after my truck was towed into I go up there and see Keith sitting at the computer I requested Keith, Keith never acknowledged that I was calling his name nor the fact that I walked in his shop. Kris tells me I more than capable of speaking with you. I was not pleased with Kris customer service. So I begins explaining my situation to Kris and how I just paid $1800 to get this same thing fixed, Kris say to me I would have charged you more im not as nice as Keith. Im the money man of the shop. I expressed that is not something you say to a customer. Fast forward, they have now had my truck for a week, no communication on the status. That Thursday I go up to understand the status, he had no information for me, I had to explain my truck situation to him for the third time because he did not hear me during our first encounter that I had my truck there in March for the same exact thing. I had to ask if they checked the coolant and other things that should have been done during week one. Following week, week 2 still no communication, I go up there again on a Thursday. No info again. He asked to give him a little bit so he can find out what's been done. He calls me 2 hours later just to tell me they have an option but it may not work and the cost is $305. Next day I go to pick up my truck I'm still not happy with Kris and their services. But I'm charged $300. $2000 later my truck is not drivable. I do not recommend Young's Auto. Kris is not for the customer like he explains. He just wants your money. Reading through other reviews, I'm not the only one who was displeased with the service, money charged, and Kris lack of customer service. This shop need not be in business. Kris needs education on how to talk to customers.
