I took my BMW 330i to Young’s Auto for several service items after visiting the BMW dealership, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The team was extremely professional and friendly. They took the time to walk me through everything in detail, which I really appreciated. I felt the pricing was fair and I never felt like I was being overcharged. I would highly recommend Young’s Auto to anyone looking for honest, top-quality service, especially for their luxury vehicle. I will definitely be returning but no time soon.

I had a very frustrating experience with Young’s Auto Service and would not recommend them based on my recent visit. The customer service was extremely poor, especially when it came to communication. They had my vehicle for over a week and never proactively updated me on the status. I constantly had to reach out just to get basic information. What made the situation worse is that even after having my car for over a week, they still couldn’t clearly tell me what was wrong with it. This was especially upsetting because I had already paid over $1,200 two weeks prior to fix what appears to be the same issue. To be back in the same situation with no answers and no urgency is unacceptable. Overall, the lack of communication, accountability, and resolution made this a very disappointing experience. I expected much better service and transparency.

I have had my sports lowering springs installed and I’m very pleased. Ron and Natalie are very knowledgeable and very professional all through out the process.
