Amazing customer service. 🤩 They didn’t dismiss my theory or explanation just because I’m a woman. They listened to me and were comfortable working on my car with me present. Trust me not all mechanics do this I’ve been to three different mechanics before them. Other mechanics were condescending and dismissive. But these guys were knowledgeable about my car issues and physically demonstrated the issue with my car to ensure I understood. Diagnostic was thorough and accurate. Lifespan of the parts I needed were explained as well as the best maintenance practices to preserve the life expectancy of the parts. I wasn’t hassled or haggled in anyway. I believe the prices were reasonable. Communication was prompt while my car was in the shop. Whenever I called for an update a staff would fully be able to explain the current status of my car. 100% recommend. 🙌🏽✨ They serviced my Audi A3 Engine. It’s in top condition now.😊

I want to tell you that these guys at the shop go above and beyond to figure out what’s wrong with your vehicle. They are very polite They take their time with their work to make sure everything is sufficiently done correctly. I highly recommend if you are having any problems with your vehicle to bring your vehicle to ZEE AUTO REPAIR. I would like to thank them all for being so patient with me when I know I was a lot to deal with most people would’ve probably pushed me away, but they didn’t give up on me or my vehicle and at the end of the day I am very satisfied with the work that was done.
