My wife and I went there for a trailer hitch and mount installed by a mechanic who works for Mr. James Kang in Hyattsville, MD. I am a Disabled US ARMY VETERAN SPECIALIST who utilizes a power scooter. Mr. Kang is a very professional mechanic and runs the office.

I used to take my car there whenever it needed repair because the work was good. However, as time passed, I realized that he was overcharging me. What made me stop going there was that my car wouldn't start one day, and I had it towed there for repair. James told me that the engine locked, and I needed a new engine. He told this to my warranty company as well. My warranty company wasn't satisfied with his answer and told me to take my car to the dealer's auto shop for a second diagnosis. After doing this, I found out that all my car needed was a starter. What a scam artist! I will never go to Zoom Auto again, and I advise you stay away as well unless you don't mind lies and scams.
