Jay truly goes above and beyond. Over the past few months, I’ve had several issues with my car, and every time he’s taken care of them quickly and efficiently. He always explains what’s going on in a clear, detailed way and gives me multiple options on how to move forward. My family and I will absolutely continue using his services in the future.

I called Jay because my car wouldn’t start. From start to finish the service was great and I always felt like I could trust. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained things in a way even someone like me who doesn’t know alot about cars engines could understand. He fixed it in a timely manner. If you have a car problem jay is the guy to call. He does great work and has fair pricing.

So let me tell you this is not your regular type of review. My guy went above and beyond. We was just driving down 234 and he seen that my brake light was out and gave me a call to let me know that my brake light was out. If that doesn’t show the character of a man, I don’t know what would from there. We had a great conversation until I almost got home. I look forward in doing business with him because I got a couple of cars that I would definitely maintained being that I’m a mobile Detailer sometimes don’t have time to do it. And the irony in that is, I just got rid of another mechanic THIS MORNING that was with my family for years. Won’t God do it! That mechanic got replaced with this one!

Jay came out to my home in Spotsylvania County and installed a starter (what I believed to be the problem) on my car. Afterwards, the car still would not start. He used his scan tool but there were no codes. Then he used his mechanical expertise and replaced the crankshaft sensor. Next thing you know my car fired right up. I highly recommend Jay.

Very responsive and communicated great! No run around got straight to business, did a diagnostic and before I knew it, I was back on the road. Good service is hard to find but 1dynasty has definitely earned a customer in me. He even left me with an overall look at the general health of my car and things I may want to keep an eye on.
