From the moment I stepped in, I knew I was dealing with amazing people. Jen, her husband, and her dad exude fairness and are down-to-earth people that put you at ease. The reason I sought their services was to repair my truck's transmission, and they not only fixed it but also offered me a one-year warranty. One Performance is the BEST mechanic shop in the Northern Virginia, hands down. The services is incredible. The staff are HONEST (which is a rarity in the auto industry) and incredibly knowledgable. Jen always takes care of me and is communicative, making sure I know everything from start to finish. I won't go anywhere else for mechanic services.
