If I could leave negative stars I would. Eric Helfric was the rudest, most disrespectful person I've ever encountered. Not to mention completely unprofessional and down right nasty. This guy not only screamed and CUSSED at me, but never let me get a word in. Absolutely terrible experience, do NOT go here.

I called and spoke with Eric. We setup a day to drop off the vehicle. When the day came he let me know we could be looking at as much as 2 weeks. A week and a half in, I called to touch base and Eric let me know that he would be looking at my vehicle the next day and he would call me in a day or two. I told him that sounds good and got off the phone. After 3 days without a call (2 weeks total), I called and nicely and him what’s going on with my vehicle . He immediately started yelling saying come get your van. I was like Sir you said you would call me I’m just touching base, but have you looked at my van yet. He yelled about how much work it was to move vehicle into a different parking spot and told me to just come get it. To be fair he may be a good mechanic, I don’t know about that aspect but I do know he has no respect for my time and was completely unprofessional when I simply called to check on and progress.

Eric should be your first stop for anything with a small engine. Engine skills are top notch as well as the function of the machine as a whole. He is great at discussing the issue at the knowledge level you are at. He’s the first engine shop I will take stuff back to since we moved to the valley. Highly recommended.

Eric was right on time! Replaced parts and tuned our four-wheeler to run like a "Champ"! He went over future repairs needed and gave an overall diagnosis and assessment in clear and simple language. We needed this four-wheeler before our guests arrived this weekend for Veteran's Day and he made sure everything was right. Thank You Eric, A1 Titan is the best!

Eric really went the extra mile to fix our tractor. The tractor had a crazy electrical problem and Eric spent a lot of time troubleshooting and researching to find a solution. He took it on himself to not give up until he figured it out, which he did at much less cost than what the dealer would have charged. I recommend A1 Titan for any of your equipment repair needs.
