On February 22, 2026, I contacted A2B Enterprise Automotive Repairs to replace the wheel bearing on the rear driver’s side of my vehicle. The repairman stated he would arrive later that afternoon before the snow began and assured me that this was an easy job that would take approximately two hours. He quoted me for two hours of labor and informed me that I would need to provide my own parts. I sent him a photo of the required parts, and he confirmed they were correct. He requested $330 upfront for labor, which I paid prior to the work beginning. He arrived at approximately 2:00 p.m. and began working on the vehicle in my driveway. After approximately 45 minutes, he informed us that the hub bearing was seized inside the steering knuckle and that the bolts were stuck. He sent a photo showing the stuck bolts and stated that he needed to retrieve a specific tool—a puller—to properly remove the seized bearing. He left to get the puller and returned several hours later. At no point did he inform us that he intended to cut or grind any components of the vehicle, nor did he warn us that surrounding parts could be damaged during removal. After resuming work, he stated additional time would be required due to components being stuck. We agreed to additional labor time if necessary. However, shortly thereafter, he stated that he was leaving and that we needed to purchase additional parts for him to complete the repair. He left the vehicle dismantled and inoperable in our driveway without properly consulting us beforehand. The following morning, once it was light enough to inspect the vehicle, we discovered significant damage to the backing plate, steering knuckle, rotor, and bearing. It appears that a grinder or cutting tool was used in a way that caused unnecessary damage. We were never informed that cutting or grinding would be required, nor did we authorize any destructive removal methods. Additionally, he left metal shrapnel and debris scattered throughout our driveway. Our toddler stepped on one of the sharp metal fragments, which ruined her shoe and created a serious safety hazard. This demonstrates a lack of care not only for our property but also for the safety of our household. We had the vehicle towed to a local automotive repair shop, where we were quoted approximately $1,900 in repairs due to the damage caused. The shop indicated that the damage was not necessary for a standard wheel bearing replacement. When we contacted A2B Enterprise Automotive Repairs to request assistance in resolving the issue, he denied responsibility. During these conversations, he was dismissive and disrespectful. He repeatedly stated that it was not his fault, told us to “reread the text messages,” and claimed that he “could not make us comprehend that we were simply wrong.” Rather than addressing our concerns professionally, he refused accountability and placed blame on us. He further stated that he knowingly caused the damage and that he would have fixed it—but only if we purchased additional parts and paid him additional labor fees. We believe the damage caused was negligent and unnecessary. The vehicle was left dismantled and inoperable, our driveway was left with hazardous debris, and we incurred substantial additional repair costs.

5.0 5.0 5.0 - totally speechless. My rear car brakes were so toast (and I had no clue) they pretty much fell off my Dodge Grand Caravan as I was backing out of my garage. It was making an insane screeching metal on metal sound. I was too scared to drive it, so I called my Insurance Company for a Roadside Assistance Tow and no one ever came. It dawned on me there are auto repair business who come to homes to diagnose and repair vehicles. I did a quick Google Search and up popped A 2 B Enterprises. I saw the 4.8 review and that was all I needed to call. I called at 7am EST - Derrick answered. Extremely friendly and showed empathy right out of the gate. The next thing you know, he was using text messages to send me updates and forms and schedule me for the SAME DAY. As the Technician approached my home, I was texted every step of the way. "Technician is only 3 blocks away and in a blue van" Within a few hours, Xander came. Extremely friendly. All smiles. listened to me, showed empathy and within 30 mins had a diagnosis. Diagnosis: I needed all new rear brakes. Next thing I knew, he was giving me an extremely affordable price (I was floored - I would have easily paid $400 to $500 more at at automotive repair shop) I agreed. For the next few hours, Xander diligently worked to replace my entire Rear Brake Pads, Rotors and Calipers. He even made sure all my brake fluid lines were clear of air. When done, we test drove and it worked perfectly. He cleaned up after himself and left no mess. SPEECHLESS - From this one visit, I am now a loyal customer. I have already told my parents about them. Do not hesitate to call or text them. They treat you like youre their only customer and that does NOT happen in this world anymore! THANK YOU A 2 B - If it sounds like I am glowing in this review, that is b/c I typed it up as soon as Xander left my house!

There I was… stuck in the Costco parking lot with a dead battery and a car full of stuff. Two different people stopped to ask if I needed help after seeing my car’s hood raised, but neither of them could jump me with their portable jump starters. It was pretty obvious that my battery was stone dead. I tried not to panic, since I live in north Stafford by myself and sure didn’t want to ask someone to come all the way down here to give me a ride back home - and it was getting colder and dark. I googled for a mobile car repair and found A2B. Within 10 minutes, Zander showed up in his blinking truck. He quickly installed the battery which I was able to buy at Costco and trundle back to my car in one of their carts before he got there. This guy was something else: cheerful, efficient, extremely personable and friendly. I can’t say enough about the company or “Zander” (Alexander). I was cold, stranded, and alone. I am also 80 years old. We need people like Zander in this world, and we need caring efficient companies like A2B Mobile Auto Repair. Put this company in your contacts list - just in case!

Very convenient service that came through in the clutch. Xander was able to come to our location, diagnose the problem with my vehicle quickly, and get the necessary repair complete. Xander was also very knowledgeable and walked me through what needed to be done and why. I will recommend this company to any and everyone.
