I had a really great experience with this shop and wanted to share it because honesty like this is hard to find in the auto repair world. I brought my BMW in because it had been draining the battery overnight. While driving it to the shop, the car also suddenly started having an overheating issue, which made things even more stressful. From the moment I arrived, the technician took the time to really listen and was very attentive to everything I explained. They didn’t rush the process and made sure to carefully check the car. They were able to diagnose and fix the overheating problem, which was a big relief. As for the battery drain, they ran multiple tests trying to track down the cause. In the end, they were very honest and explained that the issue appeared to be a deeper electrical problem that would require extended diagnostic time and specialized equipment. Rather than guessing or charging me for unnecessary work, they told me the most honest answer: to continue monitoring the battery overnight and, if the problem continued, it might be best to take it to the dealership for a deeper electrical diagnosis. What really stood out to me was their integrity. They could have easily tried to charge me for more diagnostic time or pretend they had found the issue. Instead, they were upfront about what they could and could not confirm. They only charged me for fixing the overheating issue and nothing more. That level of honesty is rare. This ended up being a very technical issue that even the dealership later had difficulty pinpointing, so I truly appreciate that they didn’t try to mislead me or “throw parts at the problem.” Because of their fairness, transparency, and reasonable pricing, they have absolutely earned my loyalty as a customer. I highly recommend Edgar and Abel to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional auto shop. Forever grateful for the honesty and great service.:)

Edgar is amazing at diagnosing to figure out what is the heart of the problem. Turns out my car needed an engine replacement and he did everything he could to get me the best price and fastest turnaround time. Took my car to Edgar for issues that were happening (bolts missing or not tightened properly, weird engine hissing noise, rough idle, wheels not right) after it was serviced elsewhere. He took the time to thoroughly check the car and find all the problems and showed me everything that was needed. He was honest and transparent and I trust that he did a good job because he was so thorough and kept my updated. Car drives great now and the issues were all addressed.
