August 30 2025 Although I have an unexpected incident last time at here, but I still come back for other services. If I need a quick service (within 30’) for certain things of my car then I need to go somewhere else. I need to be patient for oil change with more check up and diagnosis. I appreciate Ms. Debra for her courtesy and respect. Her customer service is exceptional from my perspective. Thank you! June 02 2025 Came to shop 715 for state inspection. First one at 730, 820am still no inspection. Have to leave for next appointment. Very disappointed.

The AAA Fairfax had done an excellent job in changing oil, rotating tires, and performing extensive multi-point inspections of my Honda Civic with membership discount. The AAA auto service is trustworthy and commendable for the maintenance work. It is highly recommended.

TRUST ME - go somewhere else!!!! I had my car towed there because it was overheating. After 3 days they gave me an estimate of $10,000+ stating "you need a whole new engine". They don't do engine repairs there so I had it towed back to my house. As I had the car towed back the guy on the phone was like " what are you going to do with it? just curious" honestly that's none of your business Sir. I towed my car back home looked into a mobile mechanic after a week if complete heartache and agony who came by did a diagnostic and realized all I needed was spark plugs, coolant temperature sensor and a cylinder head sensor which was a total of $400 (parts and labor included). The amount of stress this AAA location has caused me is unbelievable!!!! You can come here for the pleasant front desk however, the people in the shop clearly only think about the money. My advice - if you go here that's fine but get a 2nd opinion before you open your wallet to this establishment.

Only if I could give a 0 star. What a horrible and rip off technicians. I took my car for an oil change only because I have AAA membership. They called me saying that I need to do 3 diagnostics which will total around $600. I first thought it included the repairs but no they made it up and just wanted me to get diagnostic for the 3 issues which I later found 2 of them was not necessary at all! I couldn't believe it. SHAUN is written as the technician. I fixed the little leak with $200 by another mechanic, which would have cost me over 1500k if I did it with them because they literally wanted to replace the parts that worked just fine.

They were my trusted mechanic and service center for years but I recently had them install new brakes and they have been squeaking for months, along with a terrible burning smell. I've taken it back TWICE for them to address but they contend that they 'cannot produce the sound or the smell during a test drive'... which is an impossibility. It's hard to claim a warranty or install issue when they refuse to admit there's a problem. A great avoidance tactic.
