Absolutely amazing experience. I showed up on the spot with no appointment or call, and they helped me immediately. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. As a woman, you never know if you’re going to get ripped off, but they were honest, transparent, and fixed my car for a very reasonable price. I felt comfortable and taken care of the entire time. I will definitely be coming back here in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy auto body shop.

Professional, responsive, and honest. No double talk no hidden charges the way it’s supposed to be when you bring your vehicle to someone and trust them with the safety of your family. I know this sounds like a paid review but it’s not. I have a 2017 GLS 450 with high miles, nobody buys these cars because maintenance becomes extraordinarily expensive. Action Service Center addressed issues and gave realistic options. Also, a lot of shops will not deal with extended warranties. These guys had no issues, they saw me as a potential lifelong customer. I now bring All of my vehicles, From a 25-year-old pick up truck to a brand new Acura. Give Haseeb a call and you’ll find out first hand.

This place is great. Hassed is honest, professional, and personable. I had my brakes, (pads and rotors) replaced and an oil change. My car now stops on a dime, no more noise, and no shaking when I brake from higher speeds. It didn’t take as long as they expected and he took that off the quoted price!!!! Honest company !!!! Jose is great too!! He noticed I didn’t have any windshield fluid and filled it up. No charge. Thank you both. I now can say I’ve found an honest and excellent mechanic shop. I will spread the word for this place. 😊

Geat customer service when they trying to make business with you. Once you agree on it that's it. I had a noise in the engine. They end up rebuilding the engine, they replaced the transmission and I'm still having same noise. Now they say to keep driving that the noise would go away. I drove already 6k miles and noise keep getting worse.

Absolutely fantastic service. The staff was friendly, listened to my concerns, and was quick to communicate with updates on my vehicle. I had taken my Rubicon (JK) in for transmission repairs. They were able to quickly resource quality parts, with warranty, all while saving me money. During pickup they provided a recommended maintenance schedule, and showed me in person how the old parts had failed, and why it needed to be replaced. My expectations were exceeded, I cannot recommend this shop enough. If you need service for your Wrangler, Action Service Center is the place to go.
