My car battery died right before school pickup and I called here for a quick replacement after a jump. The team here were professional and super helpful. They took extra time to check and make sure my battery was still under warranty even though I bought it from a different shop. Replaced it for me right in the parking lot. Would absolutely come back here again with my car issues!

I stopped by this location to pick up an online order and the man at the front register, Mr. David, was extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me advice on my situation with my car and even hopped on the phone with the mechanic I was dealing with to ask questions regarding the issues with my vehicle. May God bless him. I will not forget the kindness and patience he displayed. My experience at this location was amazing.

2/7/2026- My battery died and I was stranded in the parking lot in the coldest night waiting for my road side assistance service. I waited almost 2 hours and they sent me another text saying it would be another 38 minutes. Luckily a good Samaritan helped me jump my car. He suggested to go this store to get my battery to replace ASAP. I went there half an hour before the closing and greeted by a very friendly older gentlemen (I forgot to ask for his name). He helped selected the battery and replaced the battery for me in less than 10 minutes despite the coldest weather outside night. Big shoutout to this gentleman to his service and to the store. Not like some Trashy road side assistance company that left you stranded. The service this store provided is exemplary!

Had a death battery this morning, went to Advance Auto Parts in Vienna and greeted by Herbert. After spent about half an hours to do the replacement process, Herbert and Eric went above and beyond to get me a new battery even better than the one I purchased 5 months ago ( my original one is not available ) and still under warranty. Frank did the installation and took only 15 minutes, I can’t express enough how wonderful the job they performed as the team. Highly recommended.

Advanced auto has a great team in Vienna! My dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree, festive but concerning, and then refused to start without a jump. I pulled into advanced auto in full panic mode and they were able to diagnose the problem and install a new battery lightning quick, 10/10 highly recommend
