I brought my car to Advanced Auto Care for a full brake system check because my brake warning light was on and I suspected a leak in a brake line. Initially I was told the braking system looked fine. A short time later another technician came back and said they had found the leak I originally mentioned. I asked if the brake warning light could be reset after the repair. I also asked if the technicians were ASE certified and received a hesitant answer before being told yes. What was supposed to be a one hour repair turned into a four hour wait, which caused me to miss class and delayed my evening plans. When I finally got my car back, the brake warning light was still on and now the brakes are squeaking. I attempted to call the shop to schedule a follow-up so they could make the situation right, but I was met with an automated system that filtered calls based on the reason before allowing a message. I chose this shop because many reviews described them as honest mechanics. I’m willing to give them the opportunity to correct the issue, because the initial interaction was professional and they were able to source a part for my vehicle quickly. Mistakes happen. What matters is transparency and fixing the work when something is missed. Right now I still have the same warning light and new brake noise after the repair

Had to get my headlight lamp replaced. Called a few places in the area and was either sent to an automated response with no connection to real person or that they were busy. Called these folks and they gave an immediate estimate and asked me to come over right away. Once I reached, they took my car right away and got the lamp replaced. I paid half of what Midas wanted to get the lamp replaced. Make sure you check in at the front entrance and not the rear. Google maps took me to the rear entrance and it has limited parking space in the back.
