Spent over $7k to get repairs done to my truck only to have my check engine light come on less than two weeks later. Bring my truck back to the shop for them to tell me that they may have to charge me another $179 for a new diagnostic test. It just doesn’t seem like they would charge that in good faith after all the money previously spent. If add’l repairs were needed I’d pay for that willingly but being squeezed for another $179 to perform a new diagnostic doesn’t seem like good business. It’s disappointing on so many levels.

Excellent service. Good prices. Their technicians will take photographs for each part they recommend replacement for and include it in their estimate report. When they perform their inspection, they will include measurements for tread wear or brake pad wear. No pressure to replace parts that aren't at significant risk of failure. Very flexible on drop off and pick up times

They offered to fix everything under the sun except the serpentine belt which was coated in oil. Belt failed (they said it was good on paperwork) after leaving place of course and now I’m stranded. So much for a multipoint inspection. Now I’m out $180 for just them looking at it
