Took my truck in for a allignment they said they couldn’t align it because there were some problems. At first I was more than understanding due to the circumstances. My suspension angles were horrible and there were some other problems. But I took it to another shop and they fixed everything for barely more than what they charged me. I understand that’s it’s there business and they can charge what they want but it didn’t sit right with me that they took a 17 year olds 150 bucks just to do nothing to the truck.

Came in for an inspection today. I was in and out in 20 minutes. The ladies in the office, and the mechanic that came and got my keys were all super friendly and professional. This place was recommended to me and I will definitely be back.

They did a great job replacing my 6.0 diesel oil cooler, and installing upgraded parts that required extensive customization. They completed my truck in a timely manner. I highly recommend them.

These people drives like a maniac. They will tailgate you and cut you off. Swerve in and out of lanes. Im surprised they drive this way knowing they have the company name on the side of their truck. It gives a bad reputation.

I don't like doing this but what I just experienced is something I hope nobody ever does. They Had my diesel for over a year and replaced my transmission ($7,500.00) After getting it back light came on so we took it back. After having it again for months, never got a call we had to always call and find out what was going on. After every call it was “taking it back to Ford to do an ECU flash” According to Jeremy, he took it three times (lie) So after months again with no call, I would always have to call him and so I said “Coming to get my truck whether fixed or not” he said nothing but “ok” My mind was blown at this point. Pulled up and it was running out front and nobody knew anything and I did t get any paperwork just said keys in it lmao. I can't make any of this up. Now we contacted Ford since it's under warranty according to Jeremy with Ford (transmission) after speaking with Ford, he never took it there because there was no case number again mind blown. Finally, I found another diesel mechanic (not Ford due to the wait) took it there, and had it diagnosed within 24 hours. They found the issue and it was another $1,331.00 to fix. Needed my truck and they could have it done in two days so I just had them fix it. The truck runs amazingly and has no issues whatsoever. I'm still shocked I received this kind of service and we have never complained about the price whatsoever and paid when he was done without any issues so be careful everyone.
