Very knowledgeable, well-training, professional, and HONEST staff. All auto service and repair shops should be managed like this one! It would make motor vehicle ownership a whole lot more enjoyable. All I needed on my first visit was a safety inspection, but I returned to Arlington Auto Clinic for a long list of maintenance and repair needs for my 30-year-old minivan. Sam scheduled the service appointment, and then Alex and his crew went to work on the brakes, exhaust, and air conditioning systems. When I picked it up, the van ran like new!

Close to zero communication about the vehicle, asked for oil change, other fluid top ups if needed and air in tires to be topped up since its getting colder. Only thing done was oil change. From out of country at $176 i was surprised, might be normal in the USA

I simply needed an inspection and asked if I could get help putting my plates on because they’re new. He raised his voice and said “honey, that’s the mechanics job and they’re not here.” Proceeded to tell me the wait would be until 4-5 and it was 10 am, which I understood and was willing to wait because I didn’t have a ride back home. And he said “you’re gonna wait here?” Simply put, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you need an inspection or help with anything, the guy will just be super rude and mean. He acted like I asked for the krabby patty formula. -10/10 don’t recommend and I hate writing bad reviews, which I rarely do because I always try and give people grace because you never know what they are going through but this place deserves the bad review.
