My car was in for insurance repair. The front bumper needed to be replaced. They kept it for 3 weeks but it still wasn't ready! They were also terrible at communicating the status of the repair! I called several times but there was no update. I received an automated message that said my car would be ready on a certain date but you it wasn't. They also said that try do "Quality Control" but I don't think so. I think it's just a stall tactic. They also never offered a written estimate. That should have been my first clue. The quality of the work was nothing special. Especially for the length of time they keep me car! I will never go there again and I hope you will not either.

Would like to share my recent experience at Arlington Collision Center, where I visited on Friday for repairs on my Tesla Model Y's driver's side headlight, which had been misaligned after an insignificant incident at a charging station. Based on recommendations from others, I expected a straightforward service. Upon my arrival, Jeff Blanton checked my vehicle and, during his inspection, he inadvertently pulled the wheel arch trim, making the situation appear more severe than it actually was. After approximately 20 minutes, he returned with an eight-page debulicated report that I found to be unnecessary and largely irrelevant to my situation. I was not allowed to review a preliminary estimate, as he simply presented the report and thanked me without any discussion about my vehicle’s actual needs. Thus, I left with no interaction because he wasn't ready to discuss or suggest what I should do next. To my surprise, the report included a projected cost of $2,498.21 for a full body shop service, which I felt was excessive given that my vehicle did not require such extensive repairs. It was confusing to receive a detailed report that seemed unsupported by the actual condition of my vehicle, especially since my visit was meant to address a minor adjustment! I had hoped that Jeff's role was centered around customer service and a genuine desire to assist, but this experience did not align with that expectation. I recommend that the team at Arlington Collision Center provide more thorough communication with customers about their vehicle's needs and ensure that any assessments reflect the actual condition of the vehicle, particularly for minor repairs. I attempted to add multiple times a picture of the vehicle. Nonetheless, the platform didn't allow me to do so.

Im in a wheelchair and needed help getting the plates onto my car. They did it quickly and didn't act like it was an inconvenience. If this is how they handle the little things I would 100% trust them with any major work. Great people definitely recommend!

I recently took my Honda CRV 2025 to Arlington Collision Center to repair the front bumper and grill. The bumper repair was handled, but there was clear miscommunication between employees regarding the grill. I even received a text message saying I had already picked up my car while I was still at home. When I called, the lady said, “Oh sorry, I was busy — your car is ready for pickup.” I went there, but the grill work had not been completed. After I pointed it out, they fixed it, and I had to return again the same day to finally pick up my car. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and extra trips. While they eventually completed the job, they really need to improve their internal communication and organization. They should also work on the cleanliness of the waiting area — the chairs are dirty and have noticeable marks on them. I hope they improve these issues for future customers.
