I brought my Jeep in to make sure it was ready for an upcoming roadtrip and had the best experience here. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure I knew everything that needed attention while helping me prioritize and stick to my budget. Prices were very reasonable, and they had my back and went above and beyond what they needed to. They even rotated my tires and polished my headlights for free, and washed the jeep up before they got it back to me.

I had a TPMS light on my dashboard that just wouldn’t go away, no matter how much air I added to the tires. I remembered there was a well-rated shop on Shirlington Road, so I drove by to get their phone number from the signage. To my surprise, the door was open and I met the owner, Luis (apologies if I’m misspelling your name!). Not only did Luis take the time to talk through the issue with me — mind you, it was 7 PM — but he immediately grabbed his gear and came out to take a look. Within minutes, he diagnosed the problem and resolved it just as quickly. What a magician! His professionalism, kindness, and efficiency were truly impressive. Sometimes you meet people like Luis and feel that there's still hope for all of us. A true gem! If you're looking for honest, fast, and expert service, Ashu Auto Repair and Body Shop is the place to go. Highly recommended! A customer for life!

Ashu Auto Repair completely exceeded my expectations! This shop is honest and professional. I damaged my new SUV in a parking garage and immediately went searching for a body shop to repair the damage. I took the car to 4 shops in the area for estimates, but many had extremely high prices or wanted to cut corners on the repair. Ashu was the last shop I stopped at, and I am so grateful that I did. Chapi was very friendly and looked at the car right away. He and the other attendants priced the parts and gave me a written estimate detailing all the work that would be performed. None of the other shops I went to did this. Ashu’s price was excellent and fair, and they agreed to completely replace the mirror and door hinges which were damaged. I did not hesitate and left my car with them for the repair. It only took them 8 days to finish my car and it looks brand new! Their work is top-notch, the paint job was immaculate, and you could never tell that the car was damaged. They even washed the car for me! I highly recommend Ashu. They are trustworthy, honest, and professional people. They are friendly and have great customer service. I will only go to Ashu for my auto repair needs from now on.
