Just went in to have some fluids topped off. Service techs were great and very efficient. They quickly put a seat cover and took care of the whole thing in less than 5 minutes while I was getting something from the parts dept. shout out to the people at the service bay.

Mr. Steven Tran was extremely helpful and responsive while assisting me navigate through a comprehensive warranty claim. He made himself available for direct calls on a daily basis, and provided prompt updates when new information became available. I have been coming to them for 10+ years. In the last year or two I purchased a maintenance package for $1400 to include my next two services. At 94,000 miles I brought in my Audi for my second service package. The service technician told me my car didn't qualify for the package anymore as it was around 2,000 miles over. He said he would talk to his manager to try to get an exception. It took him 24 to call me back to tell me that they wouldn't be able to use it over but he could get me a 'deal' on the maintenance package because I was "way over" on mileage. It normally costs them $1,800 and he was going to give it to me for $1,600. Let's be honest, $200 off when I spent $1400 on a package I'm not able to use is not a discount and now I'm way overpaying for this basic maintenance service. I 100% acknowledge that the car is slightly over on mileage. The frustrating part is I've been coming here for over 10 years so I would have appreciated more flexibility. This is not my first time having to swallow a higher price with them -- I had an issue with my car last service and they wanted to charge me $9,000 to fix it when I had another place willing to do it for half of that. I would recommend to anyone to just find a smaller body shop that services Audi (there are several in the area with a quick google search) and their pricing is almost half of what this dealership charges for the same quality of service AND has better flexibility and loyalty to customers.

Great service experience at Audi Tysons Corner. Luis greeted me at my car as soon as I arrived and made the entire process smooth and easy. Peace of mind. Transparency. Reasonable rates. I had an outstanding experience with the service team at Audi of Tysons. My mechanic, Mr. Luis Paz, did an exceptional job replacing the water pump, thermostat, coolant unit, and addressing a few additional issues. I especially appreciated the detailed video he shared, walking me through what needed to be done. My Service Advisor, Leslie Matos, was incredible from start to finish—patient, communicative, and genuinely committed to helping me understand the issues and prioritize repairs without any pressure. Her professionalism and care were truly evident throughout the entire process. She absolutely deserves recognition (and maybe a well-earned holiday bonus!). Jose, the Service Manager, was also extremely generous in offering a discount to help offset the cost. He has always been a trustworthy sounding board whenever I’ve needed advice. The best part: my Audi feels like new again, and I have complete confidence that if anything ever comes up, Audi of Tysons and their amazing service team will have my back.
