Tim is amazing at his job and supremely knowledgeable. I took my Isuzu Trooper to him with an issue other shops plainly declined to even touch. He was able to take a look at the issue and come up with an elegant solution that was both safer and more reliable. We set up an apportionment, and he was punctual with both drop off and pick up happening at the times agreed upon. My truck is working perfectly and I couldn’t be more pleased with the work of Tim and Audio Envy. I definitely will be back to get some audio upgrades done to the Trooper! 5/5 highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience with Audio Envy Automotive Design, especially working with Timothy. I bought a Hamilton Conversion Kit for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto directly from the Hamilton company. Unfortunately, the kit they first sent me was not compatible with my car. Timothy stepped in right away and took care of everything. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to communicate directly with the Hamilton company. He explained exactly what was needed and provided them with all the correct details about my vehicle. Because of his help, Hamilton sent the correct kit. Once the right kit arrived, Timothy installed it for me at a time that worked with my schedule. The installation was smooth, and everything works perfectly now. Great customer service, very professional, and easy to work with. I highly recommend Audio Envy Automotive Design and will definitely be going back again in the future!

I had a fairly complex and expensive sound system installed by a different very well known and respected car audio company in the area. The installation and initial calibration by the other company left me with some static/white noise that was present at all times, including when the car was on but there was no audio playing. The other company told me that this white noise was caused by my vehicle make and model and could not be eliminated. I found Audio Envy when I was seeking a second opinion on whether the white noise could be fixed. I told Tim in an email what equipment I had purchased/installed and he immediately knew exactly what the problem was (and it wasn’t the issue most online troubleshooting guides point toward). I stopped by the Audio Envy shop and Tim corrected the problem in less than 10 minutes and didn’t even charge me for it. (The other shop I considered for the second opinion was going to charge at least $100 for an initial diagnostic test, not including any labor or equipment needed to fix it.). The system now sounds excellent and there is no annoying white noise. It’s pretty incredible that after purchasing all that high end equipment from the other company they would have been content to let me drive around with the annoying white noise forever, but Tim was willing and able to fix it for free in only a few minutes. I’m extremely impressed not only with Tim’s technical knowledge, but also the awesome business practices. Audio Envy will definitely be my go-to for any and all future car audio needs.

Wow ! Took my truck in to have some work done and Tim did not let me down. Ran into a little hiccup with audio not coming through speakers and he didn’t stop until he got her working as he told me he would. Great guy, knowledgeable, he get work done in timely manner, polite, good prices and professional. Would recommend to anyone looking to get any surface he offers. Thanks Tim !
