This place should absolutely be shut down. They scam people!!! I came in to get my door panel, Looked at and quoted by the guy in the front, whose name is Joshua. The passenger side door behind the driver seat. I did not ask them to look at anything else in my car. They pulled my car into their garage to just look at it and quote that’s or! Then the second guy comes in and says are we doing both doors because the other door is doing the exact same thing in the panel. There is no way that my other door came in like that. I have never had any issues with that that door and then all of a sudden it’s now having the same issues! The reason the first door got broken is because I nanny for kids and one of the kids broke it so it was an incident it wasn’t just wear and tear. & now this shop is saying that the clips need to be replaced on both doors. However, I never told them to even touch the other side of my car to look at anything else in my car. It was only to look at the 1 door panel and give me a quote. While I was sitting on the inside, they did something to my second door. I know this because right when I got home, I realigned the clips and the door panel went directly back and was not broken AT ALL! Through this process while I was still at the shop, I told them that this was NOT how my car came in and the second guy got so defensive and said he doesn’t appreciate me accusing him of breaking the door. I NEVER SAID THAT SO WHAT ARE YOI ACTUALLT ADMITTING TOO!! EXACTLY! What I said was this is not how my car came in so I had never even seen Daniel or Dave or whatever his name was, I was actually referring to Joshua who was the one authorized to look at my car. So thanks for the admission of your game! Then they told me if I wasn’t happy I could leave then I said I wanted to speak to the owner. Once I asked to speak to the owner, they were in the back talking about trying to get me to leave. It was clear because the owner Listened to me for five seconds, and then said I’m trespassing call the police. Meanwhile Dave or Daniel; was pulling up the cameras for me to see; but now I’m trespassing??? Never did they pull the cameras up! & I was there 15 mins shouldn’t have been complicated! This is not how you do business at all. & I got home and realigned the clips in my panel myself that they were not broken and they are working amazingly. They were trying to scam me. Do not go to this place!!!! They are a scam artists. They are completely wrong and the funny thing is that I work for a millionaire family who is looking for body shop place to help them with their cars. Who has over 200 employees who they recommend too. They could’ve had a big opportunity but instead they got greedy! Now they will never see any of that! I have shared a picture of it not being broken! You guys have been called out! Shame on you! DO BETTER!

I found myself desparately needing exterior repairs after being involved in a shooting accident in D.C. Not only was my front-end damaged, but the side door and frame. I had taken it a few places to get quotes and the owner here, James, was the most pleasant, direct, and honest about what work needed to be done. I went to him a few times, asking for different quotes for varying amounts of work - each time his demeanor was welcoming, and he was very polite and quite charming which allowed me to trust him almost immediately. Ultimately I chose to have everything fixed, and he and Danny were very professional and gave me a realistic timeline about repairs. After about 10 days, I went to pick up my car and was thoroughly satisfied with the results. The price was very fair and the work makes it look brand new! I hope not to be involved in any more accidents or need any work done but if I do, I would gladly continue to support this business and I would make the same recommendation to my friends. Thanks ABW!

Best shop in the area if not DMV hands down. You want people you can trust at a price you can’t beat I swear this is it. The people are honest and hardworking, two traits you don’t always find especially in this business so I appreciate it when I do. Thanks again for taking care of me!
