This place was friendly and professional. My car is happy again with new brakes and an oil change. I love the welcome package and the antique car calender. There were plenty of snacks while waiting and a shuttle service for the longer jobs. I don't like having car repairs and just want everything to last forever, but since I had to have things done I must say it was a pleasant experience. Everyone there was nice.

Best automotive service I have received anywhere in the Shenandoah Valley since moving here in 2007. Will (manager) is hands on, quick to follow up, honest and competent. His team of mechanics fixed my foreign car in a week--the car had languished at a Winchester shop for nearly six months. Absolutely a home run.

I made an appointment at the Auto Care clinic for a Virginia State Inspection. I arrived at my appointed time, was courteously greeted and invited to wait in their nicely furnished waiting area. There I found complementary coffee, drinks, bottled water and snacks. My inspection was completed within thirty minutes, and after check-out i was even given a free package of Route 11 potato chips. My experience at the Auto Care Clinic was absolutely positive.

Great service, everyone I interacted with was inviting and courteous. I brought my daughters vehicle in for an oil change and they did a comprehensive inspection report that was very accurate at no additional charge and with no pressured sales tactics. Great local shop!

I’ve taken multiple cars to the Autocare Clinic over the years, and every single time the experience has been fantastic. Three things really set this place apart: (1) Straightforward honesty. The team is transparent about what’s going on with your vehicle. They walk you through potential issues, explain the trade-offs of fixing them (or not), and are upfront about costs. Best of all, there’s never any high-pressure sales pitch—just clearadvice you can trust. (2) Excellent communication. You don’t get stuck chasing them down for updates or timelines. They proactively keep you in the loop so you know exactly where things stand. (3) Quality workmanship. The repairs are always done right. I just had my truck in last week for several problems, and they had everything resolved quickly. It honestly runs and sounds better now than when I first bought it. Long story short.... I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
