I’ve visited many car dealerships across Northern Virginia, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The female staff member who assisted us was extremely unprofessional — she appeared disinterested, unhelpful, and more focused on her phone than on assisting customers. We came in specifically to test drive a van, but she limited the drive to less than 10 minutes and stated that the price was firm and the vehicle was sold as-is with no warranty or support offered. She didn’t even bother to take our contact information or show any genuine interest in helping us. Take the one-star reviews seriously — I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership altogether.

If your are reading this don’t buy cars here we bought a van and they only give you 50 miles warranty or two weeks. After a month the transition fail and I have to spent 5k to fix a rebuilt transmisión this dealer its a joke. Please save a headache don’t buy cars here the just try to fix minimum to sale they are scammers. Also the Mechanics are are so rude and rip people off, they are 0 professional.

I saw a car that looked good online, so I called just after they opened at 9 AM to ask if it was still available. They confirmed and scheduled me for an appointment 10:30-11 AM. At around 10, they sent an email saying the car was still available, so my wife and I drove over: we live very far away so it was a big time commitment for us. However, when we arrived, they claimed the car had just been sold to someone who was there waiting when the dealership opened but nobody told us anything about this, yet they had still sent out the confirmation email at 10. Anyone who's bought a car knows the process can't be completed start to finish in less than two hours, so something was definitely going on. The car is even still listed on their website now! AVOID!

Rude and unprofessional sales staff!! When calling to verify info about a vehicle they had posted online, the sales person had a lot of excuses and weird explanations for not having the correct info about the vehicle posted. Most of which were obviously BS. After this interaction and some vin research about the vehicle, it’s obvious to me these guys are pulling some kind of scam! Beware and do not use these dishonest people.

Kind owner, great auto repair. They were able to service my car last minute before a road trip a summer ago and did a wonderful job. I mentioned to the owner that I was about to travel, and he took it upon himself to look over my car to make sure everything would be good to go - I didn't ask him to do this, he just was nice enough to think of it. I appreciated everyone's work!
