This was the BEST experience I have ever had at a garage auto repair shop. Holly and the team were excellent. If anyone knows me they know I get excited about every little light that comes on on my car. The team reassured me that the tire pressure light was on because of a bad sensor and even though it was on , it was safe to drive my car, until they could fix my car. The team went above and beyond to correct the problem and calm and old lady down. Thank you guys so much, i will be recommending you to everyone in Martinsville, Bassett, and Rocky Mount as well as Roanoke.

When I say this place is so amazing. I been to AutoTech at least 6x. And when I say they are great. The customer service is amazing. Everything something was wrong with. They told me not to worry about it and they would definitely take care of it. I definitely wanna give a shoutout to TRISTAN for always being there every step of the way I definitely recommend him getting a raise. He always was going over and beyond with my car. Especially with my car being a 2020 dodge intrepid. He found parts that I would’ve never imagined to find . So I really appreciated them. And I definitely give them a 10/10 definitely recommend again to the public if u looking for service and great people.

Great service and great technicians! Work was completed as quoted, vehicle was kept clean and they were excellent with communicating to me the timeline of repairs, especially with the snow causing delays. Will certainly be back for any future vehicle repairs!
