In trying to repair bumper damage on my Acura TL, I solicited 3 quotes. AutoMed was just as competitive as the lowest quote of the group while also offering the best customer service among all of the companies I spoke with (better than the highest quoter). Automed simply told me to come in at anytime to receive an estimate and once I did, they explained to me in detail my choices for repair. After completing the repair with them, they even helped me with another small repair without charge. I highly recommend them!

Our Rivian had some damage to the front bumper and side panel from bumping into a pole. I called today and Oscar told me to just come on in! He gave me an honest assessment of what he could fix then and an alternative to have full body work. He did the repair right away which exceeded my expectations. He was friendly and kind. I highly Recommend this body shop !

The body work was done very well and fast. They were very polite and professional, and worked directly with our insurance to adjust the estimate and settle the bill. The only reason this isn’t a higher review is there were screws missing in the back compartment for the cover over the spare. When I inquired about the missing screws, they replied that they hadn’t been in that compartment, but I know they were as the spare tire had been moved. They didn’t offer to replace 3 screws to just make it right. I decided to check in and around the spare tire and fortunately the three missing screws were there. Clearly the cover over the spare had been removed for the repairs ti be completed and just weren’t replaced.
