Stranger Danger
My overall experience was okay. I drove 4 hours north for the vehicle as it had just came avaliable. I had been searching for a month for a replacement for one that I was involved in an accident with and when the one I purchased showed on the listing, I came to view and test drive it in person. The car itself was in good condition for a 10 year old vehicle, it was well cared for. Andy was very helpful and easy to work with. Everything was good until financing. Once we sat down I stated what my down payment was, and they showed me the interest rate with monthly payments for the length of the loan. The interest wasn't high, so I was okay with it. The finance guy started showing me packages for the car from peace of mind options, which i turned down. At this point I had already been awake for going on 30 hours as I worked the night before until that morning and then made the 4 hour trip up to see the car. The more options I turned down, he finally stated that he could get me a lower interest rate if I added on a $6,000 peace of mind package warranty. So my thought process stopped there. Wait, you can save me 2% more on interests??? So obviously my credit approved a lower interest??? He stated that he had to purchase the lower interest rate from the bank, which was a Toyota loan. I was literally ready to walk out of the deal at this point. I could tell he was upset, I know I was upset. I think once he felt I was frustrated and ready to walk out, he stated he was going to pay the fee anyway to get me into that interest rate, mind you that my credit already approved me for. Had it not been for this incident, and the fact that I never got a followup on the second key fob. I felt at that point of the previous owner did not gave it, it should have been up to Toyota to get one. It was a concern that I had before I ever signed the papers. It is what it is. I would do business with this dealership again and I would tell other's about my experience. I think going in, know you're credit score, know how to deal with finance, and anything you need, get it in writing and you will be fine. They stated the car was detailed, but it wasn't. Only wiped down. It was a busy day there so I get it. I've had the car for a month and I do love the vehicle itself and glad to be back in one that is familiar. I get sales tactics, but the pushy side of it is ridiculous. Lying over someone's interests rate, is dirty. That can cost folks thousands over the length of a loan. Our trust is in the one running the numbers. Don't abuse that trust.

AutoNation Toyota Leesburg offers a clean, modern and hospitable place to get your vehicle serviced. The waiting area offers comfortable seating, free coffee and TV to watch and is staffed by friendly, knowledgeable staff. I have been taking my Toyotas there for several years and now they handle all of the service on my 2024 4Runner. I have had several services done there and to my knowledge, the work has been done well. My last oil change was promised in 60 - 90 minutes and it was delivered in 60 minutes. And please note that my full synthetic oil changes are priced competitively to stand alone oil change places and you have the additional comfort of knowing that you are getting Toyotal branded lubricants and filters with the work. I am pleased to recommend this dealership for service and look forward to talking our Toyotas there in the future.

•Deceptive Buisness Practices •Fraudulent Loans •Omition of Information •Worst Buisness I've Ever experienced! Toyota of Leesburg is managed by a franchise corporation known as Auto Nation. When on my way to the first day of work at Google, a brick struck the underbelly of my 2021 Toyota Tacoma and Blew up the motor- Insurance denied my collision claim and I knew that getting an OEM motor replacement would be the best fit for me. After 4 Investigators took lots of photos the response I got from the dealer was that the motor blew up to lack of oil, even though I had had motor oil changed at 61,833 miles as the Jiffy Lube Augusta sticker said. Progressive insurance denied a collision claim even with the dent and dirt evident on the Skid plate- they said it was DENIED! So, I called up Leesburg Toyota and asked for the tow truck to take my vehicle to Toyota and get it diagnosed and tried to get the truck repaired while working as much as possible in advance of the high cost of repair. After 7 days, I called the service manager Daniel to get an update, and went straight to voice-mail. •3 days later after texting, I went in-person. •Got the run-around and was told they are working as fast as possible and we will update you when we get it torn apart. •4 Days later motor and cab were removed (8-hour job average nationally) ($3400) •This Dealer charged 34 Labor Man Hours (8,000$) •Truck had 62,344 Miles on it and a fresh 0w-20 synthetic oil change 400 miles prior to mechanical failure from Jiffy Lube- and the Dealer assured me a brand new OEM 3.5l V-6 block would be installed as soon as possible to have me ready and rolling. •Dealer Installed a USED 3.5L V-6 MOTOR with 99,000 Miles out of a TOTALED TACOMA! •Deceptive and in bad taste, I asked for a core refund for my well maintained block and heads and other parts. •Daniel the Service Manager assured me I would NOT get a core charge refunded, and that there were no available used motors around with less mileage. •I demanded that a motor with LESS miles be installed , and he said it wasn't possible. •After the repair was done, the repair bill was north of $14,544 and I asked for a discount because I could see it did not take 34 hours to disassemble and replace the motor. •Daniel removed over $1000 and said that was the best he could do, and replaced the sparkplug and water pump free of charge to reduce it down to the above photo at $13,588.21 as shown above. •I exhausted all of my emergency savings $6,300 and had to finance $6,670.05 with Sunbit Financial on an IPad with Daniel. •Daniel informed that there would be no interest paid if paid off financing terms were reached with the first 90 days. •Daniel Selected 18 Month payoff with payments at $438.38 a month to get me out the door and on my way after assuring me that I could pay it off early 🙃. •76 Days later after 5 hours of phone calls to 4 different Sunbit Finacial Customer Support Personell, I have paid 1295.XX for July, 438.38 for August 438.38 for September = $2105.66+ and now $6086.60 today for the Sunbit Payoff for a grand total of 23,455$ when you add •Losing my job over being on the phone with a repairman about this tacoma •Flying home to retrieve a second vehicle •Hitting a deer in a rental car on the way to work •Lost wages of 9 days of overtime after being fired •Loss of 10,500$ in paid principal on the truck after selling the truck after this incident ***1000 Miles of driving with the used Replacement motor, the truck was whistling and making knocking noises 😳 so I went and sold the truck to be rid of such a terrible experience with the worst criminals I've ever seen. Do. NOT. DO. BUISNESS. WITH THUGS LIKE THESE! 1/100 Would NEVER reccomend Autonation Toyota of Leesburg. ****Word to the Wise: $8,000 piece of wisdom- DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING THESE PEOPLE PLACE IN FRONT OF YOU! They lie through their teeth, and I would 100 times reccomend ANYONE but this Deceptive branch of corporate chained buisness. In total, I have lost years off my life from this terrible experience, and would not wish this on anyone.

Manager (Brian) in the service department on 2/23/26 provided excellent, professional and sympathetic understanding of me having to get proof of mileage (repair order showing current mileage $0.00) to submit to Lexus Engagement Center for reimbursement for a battery that is under warranty. After 10-14 days of getting a run around from Lexus customer service and many local auto shops, Toyota/Brian was the final resource to get what Lexus wanted from me. I am grateful for Toyota/Brian. Thank you!

I brought the car to AutoNation everything went fine was met by my sales rep Amir. He introduced to the service rep and helped until i was given a loaner. The poor rating falls on what was done after dropping the car. I stated the car needs to be driven not just around the corner but needs to be driven in order to have the car act up when it getting turned off that is when the problem occur. When I came after one week I was told the vehicle was taken for a road test and nothing was found wrong with the car. After getting in the car the car was only driven around 2 miles the service tech said the car was taken for a good road test when i approached him he couldn't say anything other than we could not find anything. This my seventh Toyota over the years never experienced this in the past.
