This is the second time I have used Bailey’s Crossroads Auto Body, with two separate vehicles for repairs through my insurance company. They are absolutely wonderful. The front office staff are quick, kind, and efficient. They always answer my calls and questions. The work done on both of my vehicles has been impeccable! They also work with Enterprise to have rentals on site, so you can pick up a vehicle and drop yours off for repair at the same time. All we had to do was hand over the rental keys and we got our car back as good as new! I will definitely be using them again if need be (hopefully not!) but I would 100% recommend their services.

During the collision my car was seriously damaged. Geico towed it to the Bailey’s Crossroads Auto Body Shop. The work has been done fast and professionally. Customer service is friendly, polite, caring, and patient.

I paid for them to switch out the emblems/badge on my Subaru. Came with adhesive sticker for easy removal and application. Within a couple of days the emblem had fallen off and was lost somewhere. I called to let them know and they said they would reach back out immediately to fix this, they never did. I've had this done for most of my cars and never had one fall off. Waited 4 weeks for these emblems to come in the mail only to be installed by incompetent people. Edit: I ended up coming back in when I was in the area, and told them what happened. They told me to order the same emblems again which I declined. They reinstalled the old one and refunded the cost of what the emblems cost me. Not terrible but likely won't go back.

Really nice people. They finished my car in just a few days and did a great job. They even stayed past closing so I’d be able to pick it up!
