Paul is a thief! He insists on cash for parts before doing anything. I gave him 1200$. Every week he had a new made up excuse for not getting the work done! Almost 2 months later, I couldn't wait anymore! I had J & J garage, a reputable garage, tow my car to their facility. They put me in touch with other victims that Paul took cash up front for & didn't repair their car. Paul promised to return my 1200$ several weeks ago! He did not. He claims he's a pastor 😂 He is a thief!!!! 😡

Paul was great.y father told me about him. He's an honest mechanic and very reasonable. He work on my car to get the ball joints replaced on a late Friday night so I could drive to Pennsylvania the next day. 💯 Percent recommend Ball Auto to any family or friends.

The mechanic fixed my car and he was very respectful. He gave me a good quote that would have been higher if I went to another mechanic. He does exceptional work and he is quick while being affordable. I will be bringing my car to him again along with my family members vehicles.

I recommend that no one use this repair facility. They are unable to take credit card payments. The customer has to pay for parts prior to work. What business does that. Their knowledge of automotive repairs is questionable. I wish, I would have gone with my initial gut feeling and gone with an established repair facility. Which I finally did and got my vehicle fixed.
