If you need a shop you can actually trust, go see Bat. I was in a huge rush to get tires on my vehicle before the snow hit, and Bat got it all done! He sourced the tires and serviced my vehicle before the snow came. Great pricing!!!

Called in the AM to get an estimate on repairs and was told I had to bring my vehicle in. Ok, took appt and walked in and told them I need to get my quote for four items. I had one quote in hand (wanted to compare) and was told I would have to pay $60 to even get a comparable written estimate. I told him I was told they could this morning but now it's $60 with no wrench work. Worst customer service (attitude and ladies bring a man with you because I wish I would have). I thought the door said BBB accredited but that was horrible. I just wanted a quote. No quote received. Embarrassing and time was wasted.

Bat helped to diagnose a bad noise coming from my car while steeing. He took it on a test drive with me to make sure we were both hearing the same noise that needed addressing. When we got back to the garage, he looked at it in the garage, and gave me a couple of options for repair. He gave advice on the different options, and he was up front about possible other issues that could come up during the repair. He finished the work earlier than he quoted! My car runs smoothly now, and I am very happy with the work done. I will definitely bring my cars here for future work. Highly recommended!
