Be careful sending someone uninformed here alone. I went here for a regular oil change which was reasonably priced and done quickly. However, their suggested services, while probably needed, had exorbitant prices. For an engine air filter replacement they wanted $70. The engine air filter is an $18 part from motorcraft and is no exaggeration a 1 minute job on my Maverick. They wanted $90 for the replacement of the cabin air filter, which is again about a $20 filter and maybe a 10 minute job. They also suggested a $215 fuel induction service which from research is a $25 can of a BG product in the fuel and cleaning the intake. I dont think they'd do anything wrong in any of those services but your wallet will feel those simple repairs you can do yourself.

I went into to Battlefield Ford to get a transmission flush, new belt. Spark plug replacement, and my tire sensors replaced. I’ve had wonderful experiences in the past. This was not the case this time. Noteably I should have checked the paperwork I signed before the work started the girl that I told what I wanted done seemed like she had no idea what was going on I asked her for a quote and she said someone else will let me know what it will be. Instead of scheduling a transmission flush she scheduled a coolant change. Now that was on me since I should have double checked the paperwork. BUT two days later my driveway was full of coolant fluid and my reservoir completely dry. I called the dealership and they did correct the issue but that was not the only issue that occurred. The tire sensors that I got replaced instantly stopped working, I never got the belt replacement (I was not charged though so I guess there is that), my tire I am assuming because the sensor was improperly placed in the valve stem has a slow leak that I will now have to get fixed. I was charged 1400 for this botched job. I am very disappointed as the first two times I used battlefield it was great but I will never be back. I also just bought a brand new bronco as a throes vehicle purposely from another dealership because of this experience. I won’t be back but definitely want to warn anyone that is considering using them that the quality is not the same.

I took in a 2023 Ford Expedition for warranty work, USB outlet did not work and was causing error messages to pop up on our screen. This item was fixed. The issue came with the front bumper coming apart which was causing the Collision sensor to fault and cause the notification system to alert my wife all the time. We took it in to them and showed them the bumper, was told someone could have hit it and it probably would not be under warranty but they would still look at it after fixing USB port. I get a phone call later that day that they tried and couldn't get the bumper back on in the correct position. Someone had to hit it, I had no scratches or dents on the bumper, just a couple plastic clip came off. When we came in to get vehicle was told take to body shop so they can repair it and Ford would not cover. It still had missing pins, so really what was done. Was very upset so I call Ford directly and they told me to go to another dealership and it should be covered if they find no damage. Messaged our sales manager we worked with to get some push from him to service department and nothing. So I took to another Ford Dealership and within a day Ford covered it and the other dealership said the pins were the issue and no damage on the bumper was found. Bumper still was brand new looking. Very disappointed in this dealership and service department, bought my vehicle here and serviced here. Other dealership will get my money.

We all know Ford is the absolute best! It's called the no bailout editions. Don't forget who didn't take the tax payers money! Who would wear a bow tie?

Love this place! Bought 2 F150s there and both have been serviced there too. My service advisor Tamara is wonderful! Highly recommend.
