Doug & Rodrigo have taken great care of my 2014 535d iX for several years now. They've done complex repairs to the "moving eyeballs" of the headlight system as well as the suspension. They even upgraded my defunct 3G navigation system to Android Auto with a 12" touchscreen to modernize my ride. Love not having to drive to Alexandria or Richmond and even nicer not to pay dealer rates! I plan on keeping this ride for a long time so I'm happy Bavaria Auto is here in Fredericksburg.

When arriving I was greeted by a kind gentlemen named marquise at the front. The service they provided and customer service that was given was above and beyond what I’ve experience in the past with auto repair shops. I told the gentlemen that I will schedule for my car to be looked at and he made sure that it was done. Not only do they go above and beyond but they offer great pricing and warranty that beats dealerships rates.I highly recommend Bavaria to anyone who needs there German cars serviced.

I absolutely love Douglas and his crew..they work on my 2 Audi’s and Benz with no issues. I highly recommend them!! A pleasure to work with and reasonably priced!

No Star.This shop does not stand behind their work, took my AMG there 4 times for same issue finally got refund for work they could not complete. Now another issue, I find they installed wrong part AC compressor. Mercedes dealership found the issue and now Doug wants me to bring it back to him for "warranty repair" after Benz foud the issue:That Bavaria installed an AC compressor that is sitting on the frame of the car. I noted this noise and rattling issue the day I picked Up the car. No reaponse until now, when rework is being done by Benz. Who would bring their car back to the same shop after the Brand dealership finds a mistake another shop made that refused or was incapable of repairing in the first place. Now he says dealership is charging me too much after I ask for a refund. Now they dont want to pay for the work Benz did to repair their mistake. Dont go here.Wow! Go to the dealership, please its not worth it.
