Brad was super fantastic and knowledgeable. He came to my family’s rescue last weekend while we’re vacationing. My family and I drove from 3 & 1/2 hours away and so driving through the Hampton roads area plus the Chesapeake Bay tunnel and bridge. We hit an area on the road and as soon as we came down, heard a big metal noise coming from the rear. I surely thought our vacation was going to be cut short, so we started calling asap when we got to the island on Saturday morning. Brad answered and said he always open and wouldn’t mind checking it out. He did everything he could to make sure we going to be safe and even was able to duplicate the problem. Most mechanics I take our vehicles too, not always can duplicate the sounds I hear. He reassured and even doubled checked if my tires were loose in order for us to make it back home at the end of our trip. Loved seeing the animals right outside his doors, kept us entertained while he was diagnosing. So glad he was open over the weekend especially right after a major holiday!! Thank you again Brad and we made it home safely!

Had a great experience after getting a screw in my tire. We were able to call and get the help we needed on a Saturday morning which is rare on the island. You also get a greeting from the welcoming committee, Bruce. Who really manages to make a stressful situation a bit less stressful. How can you say no to a fluffy dog wanting to hang out?!

If your in need of a mechanic, I highly recommend this place. My fiance and I were on vacation when one of the tires on our car appeared to have a slow leak. I called two other garages and left messages with no return calls. Bayberry told us to come right over. He took a look for us immediately and found the problem. Theyre so helpful, warm and friendly. And bonus- we got to play with Bruce the dog & pet some adorable baby goats while we were waiting! 5 stars!! Thank you so much!

We were down on vacation from PA. My son's friend broke down not far from the shop. Either a dead battery or a bad alternator. While waiting for a AAA tow truck to show up, the owner of the shop offered to come out and give us a hand. He arrived with a meter and jump pack and determined it needed a battery. He got it jumped and a short trip back to his shop, he installed a new battery. We appreciate him going out of his way to help and installing a new battery at a reasonable price.

Chad was amazing to work with. We were vacationing from PA and ended up with a window stuck open in our F150. I had called the 2 other auto mechanics on the island and was told by one to call back after 1 and they may be able to atleast get it up for us. I called back and left a message with no return call. I called the other well known repair shop on the island and was told "well I guess your gonna have to get yourself a tarp and ducktape". I stumbled across Bayberry Auto and figured I'd give them a call. They are a brand new shop on the island,he told us to bring it right over and he will get it fixed. Thanks to Chad we get to go home tomorrow with our window fully functioning again. I highly recommend him!
