I cannot say enough great things about the Bayside Ford King George Service Department! Their road service technician came directly to my workplace while I was working and handled everything on-site — recalls, oil change, oil filter replacement, tire rotation, and even topped off my windshield washer fluid. I didn’t have to rearrange my schedule or sit in a waiting room. The convenience alone was worth it! Mobile service is 100% worth every penny. Professional, efficient, and incredibly convenient. The tech Alex was knowledgeable, respectful, and made the entire process seamless. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. Highly recommend Bayside Ford King George to anyone who values great service and true convenience!

I cannot say enough amazing things about the service staff at Bayside Ford. From the moment we walked in, everyone in the building was kind, patient, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain everything to me clearly and thoroughly, and they were incredibly sensitive to my reaction when I found out what was wrong with my van. That level of empathy truly meant so much to me. What stood out even more was how wonderful they were to my two children while we waited for our service. They made us all feel comfortable and welcomed, which can be rare in stressful situations like car repairs. The team kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I always knew what was going on. I never felt left in the dark or rushed. Man i love this place and once again let me give a shout out my buddy shane wallace my service tech who always makes time to get my most prized posession in there for maintence and whatever else i need and on my last trip in there i had them fix my transmission harness on my raptor that had fallen over time and burned against my manifold needless to say shes back up and running as much as id love to get a new harness i couldnt but i havent given up hope for this discontinued part
