Nielson has any easy on line appointment system and their service today was great. James and Ryan were super helpful and got me in and out quickly and back on the road with everything working great!

Based on one visit. Oil change, tire rotation, safety inspection. 12:30 PM appointment. completed in 1 hour 45 minutes = Good. For once, a shop didn't try to upsell front-end suspension parts/service as part of the inspection = Good. Suggested maintenance items for car's longevity, as usual, which I appreciated, referring to Carfax record and noting what they could see had, and had not, been done "on time." Not much of a waiting room, but I walked to McDonald's and Starbucks to kill time. I liked the place and the people. Was treated like an adult. Was treated like they wanted an on-going relationship. It worked. I will go back.

We just had our first experience with Ben Nelson Auto and I have to say they were excellent. Their follow up report which was text to me was the best ever. Pictures of our damaged part and the very affordable test to see and validate (under $100.00) was also a nice surprise. The report was very thorough with multiple pages. I have a car that hit its 10-year mark and just started giving out left and right. The guys at Alexandria Auto Care (shoutout James and Ryan) were so helpful in explaining everything going on and were constantly going above and beyond where they could. I’d pick up the car and something else would feel off and without hesitation, James would tell me to come back in for them to take a look at it. I’ve had great customer service the two times I’ve brought my car in for work and will definitely use them again.

Had a crazy morning where I was side swiped right outside of Ben Nielsen's Auto Care shop. An employee came out, made sure we were ok, and even did a quick inspection- ensuring the scratches to my car could be solved with a touch up pen. It was a kind gesture and made the situation far simpler. Thank you for having such great employees!
