I was in Alexandria waiting for my son to finish a training course and decided to google a local shop for an oil change and Ben Nelson’s popped up (literally on 8 minutes from where I was already). The service was absolutely amazing! I called in at 8am asking if they could do an oil change and how long the wait would be and I was pleasantly surprised to hear that I could head over now and get it done ASAP. Great service! Very friendly! I will definitely be recommending them; and next time I am in Alexandria and need anything car related I will be coming back.. Thank you guys, you’re awesome!

A truly great service center. I've been using Ben Nielson's Skyline location and also his Henry Street location for many years. Both top notch. He recently opened his Duke Street location next to Advanced Auto on the West end of Duke Street. I decided to try them out and I can tell you it's the same amazing service I've always gotten from his other shops. My older Lexus RX electrical system was acting strange. I stopped by and his mechanic diagnosed the issue for free in about 5 minutes - bad alternator. As it's an older car, we went through the options as I didn't want to spend a fortune. After they replaced the alternator, I was not only back on the road but everything in the car was better. There were other issues with the car unrelated to this that they said to leave alone. How often do you have a service center tell you service you DON'T need to get done? How about never. These guys are as skilled and honest as the day is long. Highly recommended!

Great experience and i came in for a desperate need of assistance for something scrapping under my car seeing as i had to be on the road to head to new york in a few hours. All i want to say is paul and jayvon jumped straight to get it fixed for even put air in the tires for me even when i didnt state my light was on jayvon seen and took care of it for me. 10/10 highly recommend checking it out will be returning after my trip.

Came on a busy Saturday for an oil change. They were still able to fit me in and complete the service in a reasonable time. They were very friendly and up front with costs - which was reasonable. Will definitely come back again.

My wife Jazmin came in a couple days ago with a broken bumper. She hates it. They told her they weren’t equipped as a body shop but that they could definitely help. Took photos and sent to a body shop they own for us. Mechanic also helped her tape the bumper up in the meantime. All this after she went somewhere else where the first thing they asked for on the phone was her card information. They got the wrong one, but this shop is the right one. Returning for mechanical work.
