This place was absolutely amazing and if I could rate it higher than five stars I would. I had a car troubles, a long story short the first place that I sent it to didn’t really do a proper check on what the real issue was gave me a blanket statement that I needed a new transmission and told me that my repair will be almost 10 grand. When I called County transmissions, they answered immediately, were very professional and seemed far more knowledgeable. Once I have the vehicle told to them, we exchanged information and they told me that they would do a thorough look. After finding out the issue, which was the CV Axle which aligned with what I believe the issue was, they immediately began work on it, gave me updates, and fix the vehicle the same day. The repair was less than 1/10th of what the original place was trying to charge me. I have become a forever customer of this place and would absolutely recommend it to anyone who is having any type of transmission issue. This place is highly recommended and they went above and beyond, and I am genuinely happy with their work.

Hi-Tech not only handles regular maintenance well, but also more urgent repairs. I appreciate the thorough check they do over the entire car and the summary they send for you to review with photos. In addition to an oil change, I also had a recent urgent brake issue that they fixed quickly, and they even took it back for another check after the brakes felt softer than usual. I really appreciated that they took my request seriously, and the brakes felt significantly better after I brought it back. Connor at the front is friendly and helpful, and I will be back for regular service when the time comes. Thank you!

GREAT customer service! Connor was very professional, efficient and friendly. It was my first time visiting the shop. I walked in with a noise at the rear wheels of my car, and Connor was ready and prompt to assist. He mentioned that a diagnostic will be necessary. If it is something very minimal there will be no charge, if not, they will apply a diagnostic fee and so on. With luck, it was just tightening of some part! And it was free! They performed a complimentary complete vehicle inspection and suggested a few things that the car needs, not an emergency but recommended given the mileage. I didn’t feel any pressure on this. Connor also patiently took the time to look at other items that I have to fix and provided ideas and suggestions and possible costs, which were much appreciated! I did not comment on the price because it was N/A in this case. But, I can gather that they have reasonable prices. Thank you very much Connor and whoever performed the inspection and the courtesy fix!

Conner and Chris were so amazing from the start till the end! How? By calling me even after my car was fixed and performing even better than before. To be honest, they are very professional and better than so many dealerships. They became my car’s primary care 😁 I felt was not left alone when I needed someone for help. I thought it was a transition problem, they have diagnosed it and told me it wasn’t. In 2 days, it was done. Plus they have offered me loaner and towing service from home. All in all experience, it was 5 stars ⭐️

I am glad that I was recommended to have your company look at my transmission. Conner was very helpful and kind and gave me all the best solutions for my car. Transmissions are a big expense but if you want good quality work you do pay for. At this time I'm still contemplating what is best for me in my situation. Thank you Conner and other team members that took the time to explain this all to me. Hopefully I will return soon to get the transmission.
