If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I walked into Metro Motor for with no appointment and I got helped immediately. Friendly staff and got my car fixed in less than 10 minuets. It was my first time here and I’ll definitely be returning. I highly recommend.

Bethesda Import Specialists are honest, have a reasonable labor rate and due quality work. I've been going there for close to two years after nearly getting ripped off by a place down the block...could not be happier with their customer service availability. Highly recommend brining your Volvo to these guys.

For the past 10 years I been taking my cars to this repair shop. These folks are the best in town. The professionalism, customer service and HONESTY is second to none. There are no gimmicks like at the dealerships, always telling that your vehicle needs something else once the car is no longer in warranty. I recommend this car repair shop any time. I used to bring my car to Bethesda Imports and always experienced excellent service from Mike and the techs. I recently brought my car into Bethesda Imports and they replaced my entire suspension components at the tune of $4,800.00 plus. I brought it back because After a few hundred miles, I noticed noise stemming from the left front and the alignment felt off. I was surprised to learn of retirement of Mike and departure of most of the longtime technicians from Bethesda Imports. When I spoke with the new RUDE manager, he claimed that the tech never heard the noise and the car is aligned. I took my car to the Radial Tire Company in Silver Spring, MD and they discovered poor alignment, noisy aftermarket parts by MOOT they preformed a force road balanced and aligned my car. NOW my car is driving smooth and perfect. I am very disappointed with the current service and management. Perhaps they perform simple oil changes and brake job but don't trust them with complicated jobs.

I have been bringing my 2007 Volvo XC90 to Bethesda Import Specialist for years and they have always done an an excellent job with maintenance and any repairs. The quality of work, honesty and customer service is exceptional. I highly recommend Mike and his team! I wouldn't go anywhere else.
