Please AVOID going to this dealership. I bought a Toyota Gold Certified Highlander from this dealership 4 months ago and within 5 days of driving it, the check engine light came on. The dealer first replaced the fuel pump, then blamed “bad gas” and told me to run the tank empty and refill with premium fuel. After following their instructions, the check engine light came back again. The issue is still unresolved after 6 visits to their service center. Extremely disappointing experience with diagnosis and transparency. They definitely knew that the car is faulty and turned off the Engine light before selling. This is the most dishonest dealership of Toyota in the area. The sad part is that once they sell you a garbage naming it pre- certified gold, they never try to at least listen and solve the issue.

Quoted me 500 dollars more expensive for the same service than koons arlington Toyota. When I told them that, they said no way and proceeded to quote me an insane amount. Total scam. Definitely trying to take advantage of their customers. Don’t go here. Absolutely absurd and disrespectful.

I bought my car a from this center with zero mile and very expansive and they charge me 5000$ extra for market adjustment fee. but after a month this problem ( headlight system malfunction) pop up. I came like more than 10 times but still this problem has not been solved. The worse part is when i book appointment to come back this problem this appear. I also would need to add that for my last appointment when I visit this center they didn’t put my engine cover back in to my car which I really seriously would follow up this too. And If for the last time it is not fix I would return the car to them ……

Representatives are always courteous. They have some good coffee too! The overall flow of this establishment has been well thought of. They are consistent and detailed.
