I take my BMWs here and have had great experiences. They are thorough and fair priced with labor and parts. More trustworthy than the dealers, and in over 5 years I have been to every BMW dealer for work on my vehicles. I have 5 vehicles I take to BMC and I am always satisfied with the service and pricing. My family and I keep our cars and do some maintenance ourselves. Any items that I do not want to do, I highly recommend the team at BMC.

Honest. Knowledgeable. Quick. Caring. These are just a a few of the words that gives BMC five stars. The owner and techs thoroughly explained the issues with my vehicle and went above and beyond to make sure my car was well taken care of. I literally spent hundreds less than I would have at the dealership and the service was better. 100% recommend this shop for all services. UPDATE: it’s been two months since my last service with BMC. I had to take my car back in for a service engine light and some problems with my suspension. It’s hard to believe, but this experience was even better than my last one! Everyone there is so very kind. They treat you like a very valued customer and they care about making sure that everything is done right, is cost-effective and very transparent. Everything is explained thoroughly. The most incredible part is the honesty and fairness with the prices of parts and service. They go WAY above and beyond to make sure you’re treated fairly and that the work has been done to the highest standards. Bottom line is they love what they do and they will make you feel confident that you’ve chosen the right shop. I can’t recommend them any higher.

My experience -- the best auto mechanic in Northern VA. Have taken variety of makes and models to 15 or so shops over my life time. BMC is incredibly caring, honest and even surprising in the best way(s). I believe all BMW owners are used to being surprised in the wrong direction (unexpected work, higher costs, etc) but I have NEVER had a bill lowered, "the extra mile" taken (w/ photos... see below) or anything else that is just BMC's way of doing business. They bloody care about me. They will you, I wager. The cost data: 11k USD quote from _utosc_ndi_ was done by BMC for 5k USD. And BMC completely reassembled my engine (they sent me photos of the surgery)! Are you kidding me? I write this review half a year later. The car is running better than it ever has, including ~20% more gas mileage (now my 335d is getting mileage like my old 328d). Unreal. Note: I wouldn't expect the freakish results just described. But I WOULD expect them to bloody care for you. Bottom Line: In the hellscape of Northern VA BMW repair, BMC is WORTH THE TRIP TO CHANTILLY
