I highly recommend BMW Of Fairfax Collision Center. I got updates on the progress of my vehicle. It took a long time to fix because of the extensive damage caused during the accident. Andy Turcios updated me on the progress of the car and what needed to be done. He communicated directly with my insurance making it very convenient and time saving. Andy went out of his way to make sure I received my BMW X5 past business hours. He used his own time to make sure I was able to get my vehicle. He accommodated my busy schedule which is amazing. I have always done business with BMW of Fairfax dealership, vehicle service, and now the collision Center. I will continue to do business with them because of the detailed work done, amazing customer service and hospitality. The accident messed up my suspension and alignment and it took quite sometime to fix it. BMW of Fairfax collision center was meticulous. My vehicle drives smooth and looks new, like nothing ever happened, looks brand new, and was returned to me sparkling clean. I highly recommend them and highly recommend Andy Turcious. When my wife’s X3 was hit in a parking lot (unknown driver), Andy handled the insurance coordination with USAA and made the process simple and stress-free.
